Return & Cancellation Policy

Global Fleet Management (GFM) is pleased to provide a 30-day money back guarantee. We encourage you to install and test the devices within 30 days of receiving to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Please inform us of any order discrepancy or damage within 72 hours of the delivery date. For all refunds, simply return the product in the original packaging complete with all accessories. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days.

Devices must be fully functional and in good physical condition to qualify for a refund.

Note: we provide a lifespan warranty on PosiTracker GPS tracking devices when covered by the PosiTrace Pro service package. Devices covered by the PosiTrace Basic service package have the standard one year warranty. Faulty or defective units will be replaced free of charge within these warranty periods.

Please note that this Return and Cancellation Policy does not apply to term contracts such as Client Service Agreements.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (from delivery date) and receive a refund for the full cost of the hardware, the activation and first month's service fee, less the shipping costs to your location.

30- to 90-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it between 30 and 90 days (from delivery date), and receive a refund for the full cost of the hardware, less 15% restocking fee, the shipping costs to your location and relevant activation and monthly service fee(s).

After 90 Days

No refunds will be given after 90 days.

Claims

Any claim to GFM whatsoever shall be deemed waived, unless presented in writing to GFM within 30 days of the occurrence that gave rise to said claim.

Return of damaged or non-operational units

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, or if the product ceases to function correctly after installation, please return it immediately for exchange or testing. If a device is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a refurbished unit free of charge. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products in shipping from your location to GFM.

Shipment Cost

All customers returning equipment with an RMA in Canada or the USA will receive a pre-paid return label from GFM to provide them free shipping. In all other circumstances the customer is responsible for shipping costs of the equipment.

Installation costs

The customer is responsible for installation/maintenance/service costs associated with the equipment.
No installation/maintenance/service costs will be refunded if the product is returned.
