Return & Cancellation Policy
Global Fleet Management (GFM) is pleased to provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. We encourage you to install and test the devices within 30 days of delivery to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Devices must be fully functional and in good physical condition to qualify for a refund.
Please note that this Return and Cancellation Policy does not apply to term contracts such as Client Service Agreements.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (from delivery date) and receive a refund for the full cost of the hardware, the activation, and first month's service fee, less the shipping costs to your location.
30- to 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it between 30 and 90 days (from delivery date) and receive a refund for the full cost of the hardware, less 15% restocking fee, the shipping costs to your location, and relevant activation and monthly service fee(s).
After 90 Days
No refunds will be given after 90 days.
The customer is responsible for installation / maintenance / service costs associated with device operation. No installation / maintenance / service costs will be refunded if the product is returned.
Order discrepancies and return of damaged or non-operational units
If there are any discrepancies in your order, or if you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. If a product is deemed to be defective, we will replace it free of charge.
For exchanges or refunds on received damaged products or any order discrepancy, you need to inform us by writing within 72 hours of the delivery date. For all refunds, simply return the product in the original packaging complete with all accessories. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days.
We provide a limited warranty on PosiTrace GPS tracking devices covered by the PosiTrace Pro service package for the subscription lifespan, or up to 10 years, whichever is less. Devices covered by other PosiTrace service packages have a standard one year warranty. Faulty or defective units will be replaced free of charge within these warranty periods.

All customers returning products with a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) in Canada or the USA will receive a pre-paid package label from GFM for free return shipping. In all other circumstances, the customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the return of any products.
Changes or cancelation of Service
For any service changes or cancellations, you must submit a written request (email or Support Ticket is acceptable) with at least 30 days notice.
If your device is under a term contract such as a Client Service Agreement (“CSA”), changes or cancellations may incur early-termination costs. Please check your contract terms or speak with your Account Manager for more information.
Any claim to GFM whatsoever shall be deemed waived, unless presented in writing to GFM within 30 days of the occurrence that gave rise to said claim.
