How GPS Tracking Works
The PosiTraceGSM system uses GPS location technology to
determine where your vehicle or asset is. It then uses GSM celular
networks to transmit this information, plus other telematics data,
to the PosiTrace servers. Our back office systems reprocess that
data and present to you in web pages, maps, and a variety of
reports.
PosiTrace works in real-time, so you always have up-to-date
information by which to make your time sensitive business
decisions. You can also view location maps on your mobile device,
enabling you to monitor your vehicles even while you are on the
road yourself.
