Return Policy
Global Fleet Management is pleased to provide a 30-day money
back guarantee, we therefore encourage you to install and test the
devices within 30 days to ensure your full money back guarantee in
the event you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Please inform us of any order discrepancy or damage within 72
hours of the delivery date.
For all refunds return product with original packaging and
accessories -- refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Devices must be fully functional and in good physical
condition to qualify for a refund.
Note: we provide life-time warrantees on our PosiTracker GPS
tracking devices when covered by the PosiTrace Pro service package.
Devices covered by the PosiTrace Basic service package have the
standard one year warrantee. Non-functioning units will be replaced
free of charge within these timeframes.
30-day money back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it
within 30 days (from delivery date) and receive a refund for the
full cost of the hardware, the activation and first month's service
fee, less the shipping costs to your location.
30- to 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it
between 30 and 90 days (from delivery date), and receive a refund
for the full cost of the hardware, less 15% restocking fee,
the shipping costs to your location and relevant activation and
monthly service fee(s).
After 90 Days
No refunds will be given after 90 days.
Return of damaged or non-operational units
If you believe that you received a damaged or non-operational
product, or if the product becomes non-operational after the
installation, please return it for exchange or testing. If a tested
device is defective, we will ship a refurbished unit to you free of
charge.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage in shipping from
the customer location to us.
Shipping costs
The customer is responsible for shipping costs of the equipment
for returns, exchange or testing.
Temporary or permanent PosiTrace service
suspension
If you wish to suspend your PosiTrace service temporarily or
permanently, please provide us with 30 days notice via email:
accounts@positrace.com; or via fax: 1-877-787-2236.
