Your responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by closing new accounts and up-selling existing accounts 
  • Generate leads from cold calling 
  • Sales presentations to prospects
  • Monitor delivery and installation of merchandise and services
  • Provide full product training for new customers
  • Maintain excellent relations with assigned accounts
  • Participate in training programs to develop selling skills and product knowledge 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience including consultative selling, business development and account management
  • Track record of successful selling
  • Enthusiastic, energetic personality
  • Able to understand and communicate value of technical products and software to less technical people
  • Good organization skills
  • Competent with CRM systems, Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Excellent English skills for phone, written and online presentation communications. Other languages, especially French, are an asset
  • Knowledge of GPS vehicle tracking/AVL industry, sales or technology are big assets
